做完面試了, 現在來分享一下歷程：
打過去, 居然讓我等了5分鐘operator才接通........
接過面試的是個個女的,不是professor, 是個assisntant. 聽得出有歐洲口音, 但在美國待了很長時間, 兒化音挺多的.. 還算NICE, 就是感覺她的英語比較爛, 聲音又不算大, 經常要求她提高音量..現在想想, 他遇到我這么個主也挺郁悶的.
第一個問題我就被驚住了, 過去上大學最美好的經驗是什么, (what's the wonderful experience during you college time )定格1秒中: 在腦海里浮現( having sex with my ex girl friend)
忍住了: 說了一些 team work 的經驗.....
她連說GOOD, 然后又問我為什么喜歡旅游, 都去過哪.:
相當無聊的問題: 我回答的就是很TYPICAL的答案: BROADEN MY HORIZON, make new friends, improve my time managment skills. .
她再問我已經MASTER畢業(yè)了, 為什么還要讀.
我心想這有什么好奇的: 我跟她也實話實說 找不到工作就讀書咯, i don't want to waste my life....
她說: good. 你2008年 1月份畢業(yè) 到現在都干什么..
我只能換個方式回答: while i'm looking for job, i've found my knowledge is not enough to be an elite in finance industry. then i'm preparing for GRE exam in case i need to continue my education. as i did a good job in the GRE exam, at the same time, financial crisis came up. then i just decide to continue my further education because the best investment during financial crisis is education. (自己心理想: what a lot of crap, 這種廢話都說出來)....
不過她到是很滿意說: excellent, clever choice.
又繼續(xù)問了我 在國外學習最大的障礙是什么.......
我本來想說, 國外不好找女朋友, 狼多肉少. 不過, 畢竟不小了, 說話不能這么兒戲..還是忍住了, 我說: 文化差異, I have to get adaptive to everything that is different from where i am from. in addition, i also need to improve my English skills. in order to communicate well with people from other countries and cultures. 一般這樣的都是比較SAVE的 answer...
再問我今天天氣怎么樣......
我說not good dark, cloudy. make me feel like to sleep.
后問我我要問什么問題么:
我當時也沒什么感覺, 就接著她的問題問:
what's the whether like in Boston now? is that sunny or the whether makes you sad.....
she said: it's fine. any other questions?"
我說有沒有去年這個專業(yè)畢業(yè)生找工作的比例: 她說 這是機密不能說, 然后就隨便說說,他們CAREER SERVICES 會給學生很多支持, 叫我不用太擔心....
整個過程就是這樣. 感覺BU的interview的問題都是大多來自你的簡歷和PS, 都是相關的問題. 挺無聊的, 雖然問的都沒怎么準備, 但回答的都OKAY. 不是很緊張...告訴我 過2個星期給消息。
